The swimming pool is 135 metres deep, 8 metres long and 4 metres wide. The solar collectors, heat water when the air is still cool. The swimming pool, weather permitting, is open from Easter to October.
- Solarium with floating sun beds and armchairs (free of charge).
The solarium, next to the pool, is covered with non-slip material. Free use of sun beds and floating armchairs. It is equipped with a basin to wash your feet and a hot and cold water shower.
- Private garden.
The building is surrounded by a terraced garden where the structures for the guests.
- Public playground behind the building.
- Possible use of a field situated along the stream for picnics and barbecues.
Guests have the opportunity to use a field, which belongs to the farm, just 1 km from the B&B. You can easily walk by the stream until it forks forming a 3000 sqm wide island.
- Fishing in the river and the lake.
- Breakfast.
According to the season and the weather, breakfast is served in a conservatory in the main building or on the veranda which overlooks the swimming pool, next to the garden. Breakfast time is usually from 8 to 10 am; any particular need can be discussed with Peo and Graziella.
A typical and rich Italian breakfast includes seasonal and local products. We prefer typical products of the area, fresh and grown in a naturally.
Breakfast includes: espresso, American coffee, tea, milk, fruit juice, water, hot chocolate, honey, yoghurt, cereals and bread. Single portion croissants, rusks, jam, Nutella, biscuits and butter.
- Public transports.
The bus stop is right in front of the building: buses to Lecco town centre run every 30 minutes between 5.30am and 10.30pm. One ticket costs euro 1 for 60 minutes or euro 2,50 for the whole day. The weekly pass is euro 8,60.
It takes about one hour and a half to reach the airports using public transport. It takes less than 1 hour to get to Milan by car.
The train station is 5 minutes drive from the B&B. If you let us know in advance, we will take you to the station free of charge.
If you need it, we can also organize your airport transfer.
- Laundry.
In the building there is a laundry available for all the guests who may need it.
- It is possible purchase farm products.
- Walking among the olive groves of the farm and around.
In collaboration with the Amateur Sports Association "Anche Noi", as affiliated members for a limited period of 40 days for the price of 5 euros, you will be able to do some activities:
- Dine and participate in tastings of products and typical dishes
- Follow tastings
(oil produced on site, truffle of Lake Como, artisanal ham, chestnuts, cheese, mushrooms, salami, Bresaola, goat's cheese. Products of local fisheries and of the garden).
- Want to learn how to cook typical Italian food?
We love cooking simple and natural food: you can help us, if you want, when we light the fire to make polenta, or when we put cakes and bread into the wood-burning oven.
- Participate in cooking classes with tasting using the wood oven and prepare pizza, crushed and taralli.
- Use free bikes.
- Use a free telescope to observe the sky.
- Use a car or a moped. (is required the reservation)
- Physiotherapy treatments within the structure.

- Traveling on foot or by bicycle making carry the luggage to the next stage.
- Personal training in order to strengthen muscles, stretching, pilates.

We love making soap in the original way, with olive oil, sodium hydroxide and flavouring. You can help us to make soap during the summer.
- Picking olives and olive tree picking.
- Opportunity to learn the technique of pruning of olive trees.
